We sure do! We ship to all major centres across South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Fresh and frozen orders are packed in cooler boxes with dry ice and sent via overnight or next-day delivery to keep everything perfectly chilled.

If you're in an outlying area, you can still shop our dry goods, merch, and other non-perishable items — these are sent using a 2–4 day courier service. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver fresh or frozen goods to outlying areas.

If you're in Durban or Port Elizabeth, you can also make use of the LMC Depot-to-Depot Refrigerated Road Service. For just R400, you can ship up to 25kg of fresh or frozen products straight to the LMC depot in your area for collection — perfect for bulk orders or splitting with a friend to save on shipping costs.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always keep you updated with tracking info.

We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday to make sure your food arrives fresh and doesn’t get delayed over the weekend. This helps ensure delivery within 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Orders placed after Wednesday will be packed and shipped the following Monday, so they don’t sit in a courier depot over the weekend.

All of our products are free from meat, dairy and eggs, but some may contain allergens such as; soy, gluten, or nuts.

We pack all fresh and frozen goods with insulation to ensure they stay cold during transit.

Be sure to refrigerate or freeze them as soon as your order arrives for best quality.
