By placing an order with Vegan Protein, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help us ensure product quality, safe handling, and transparent customer service.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, to ensure freshness and avoid weekend courier delays.

Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery is typically made within 1–2 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Out of Stock Items

In rare cases, an item may be out of stock after you’ve placed an order. We will contact you promptly to offer a:

    • Substitute product of equal value,

    • Store credit, or

    • Full refund (for the out-of-stock item only).

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been packed or dispatched.

Once processing has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed and may still be subject to fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are sent via trusted courier partners with tracking information provided.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery; we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or public holidays, to preserve product integrity.

Pricing & Promotions

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotion at any time.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at checkout before processing.

We use secure online payment gateways to protect your information.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds will only be issued as credit & under the following conditions:

The product was damaged or defective prior to delivery.

The refund is requested within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photo evidence.

Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Products that were not to your personal taste.
    • Natural variations in packaging, shape, or colour.
    • Changes in recipes or ingredients as outlined below.
Allergen(s) Warning

All products are 100% plant-based, but some may be produced in facilities that also handle nuts, gluten, soy, and other allergens.

Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Vegan Protein shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product sold.

We make no medical claims regarding the health benefits of any product.
